Joyce Leary Clark, Esq., the proprietor of Scarborough Legal Center, and her assistant, Penny Kacere, have been providing bankruptcy services to clients in Southern Maine for over 15 years. Joyce, a Saco native, received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. She has been a member of the Maine bar since 1990. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
